Violence Prevention
Outreach, safe passage and conflict interruption on the blocks that need it most.

Chicago · Founded in honor of Nyandrea Dyer
NAH 11 turns grief into action, safer blocks, stronger girls, mentored youth and real opportunity for the next generation of Chicago.
The Mission
Nyandrea Dyer was caught in the crossfire of a Chicago gunfight. Her name is the reason we started but our work lives in the present tense: youth who are mentored, girls who are backed, dancers who get a stage, families who get a safer block.
We build what should have been there. Then we keep building.

What We Do
Outreach, safe passage and conflict interruption on the blocks that need it most.
Circles where young women build worth, voice and leadership together.
One steady adult, every week. The simplest intervention we know.
Studio hours, choreography and stages where young people are seen.
Direct awards that turn a maybe into a plan.
A coming safe address for youth and young women rebuilding.
Community
Peace walks, block celebrations, resource fairs, mentor matches. The work is ordinary and relentless: neighbors deciding, again and again, that this corner belongs to the kids.

"Her story. Our mission. Their future."
NAH 11: Stop the Violence
Give, mentor, volunteer, partner, or simply show up at the next walk. Every version of yes builds the same thing.
